1. You get unlimited communication with us from the moment you become a Simply XO Bride. Many coordinators begin their services 6-8 weeks out, however, we believe in being accessible throughout the entire process.
2. We are affordable. We really believe you should put your money where it matters to you & your lover so wedding planning and coordination shouldn't break the bank.
3. We've been where you have been. We were two brides in the austin area.
4. Every wedding gets two planners assigned. Two is better than one!
do you offer month-of coordination?
There is no such thing as day of coordination. There is an incredible amount of preparation that goes into our coordinator package. You also get two planning meetings throughout our process. We will use these meetings to get updates, build layouts and timelines, give vendor recommendations and assist with any questions or concerns.
What is the difference between a venue coordinator and an independent coordinator?
A venue coordinator is someone who oversees the wedding and logistically has the venue’s best interest in mind. A wedding planner is someone who ensures that every little detail is accounted for and executes those details while keeping the couple’s best interests in mind.
how do i book you?
All we require is a deposit and a signed contract. The remainder is due 60 days out.

Each package with Simply XO Events includes a venue walk through unless otherwise agreed upon by Simply XO Events.
